Hi, I'm marlene

After teaching students in public schools for over 20 years, I discovered the art of acrylic painting. as a way to relax and unwind. Now the art of acrylic painting offers me some peace and tranquility, an occasional chuckle, and moments of pure joy and a few tears now and then

Sometimes I even surprise myself with combining colors on a blank canvas and telling a new story. Painting captures a moment in time, real or imagined. Using acrylics requires some patients but allows for freedom of color and flow. I want to share my creations with like minded individuals so they discover more about themselves and the world in which we live.
